1. Shipping & Delivery Overview
We are pleased to offer free standard delivery on all UK orders, with no minimum spend required.
Each order is carefully prepared and dispatched as soon as possible to ensure it arrives safely and in perfect condition. Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details and tracking information once dispatched.

International Shipping
At this time, Lumé London ships within the United Kingdom only. We’re working hard to expand to international destinations soon.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 1–3 working days after being placed.

During busy periods such as promotions, seasonal sales, or holidays, processing times may take slightly longer.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel in real time.
If you haven’t received a dispatch email within 3 working days, please check your spam folder or contact our Customer Care team at support@lumelondon.co.

Lumé London cannot be held responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or incorrect address details provided at checkout.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For UK deliveries, all taxes and duties are included in your order total.
If international shipping becomes available, any additional customs charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
7. Missing or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, or if you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us at support@lumelondon.co within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
