For now, we only deliver within the United Kingdom. Delivery times may vary by destination.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email including tracking details (where applicable).
Lumé London is not responsible for delays caused by customs processes, courier operations, or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Right of Withdrawal (UK Consumers)
If you are a consumer residing in the United Kingdom, you have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you (or a person indicated by you) receive the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us at support@lumelondon.co of your decision to withdraw. You may use any written format or request a cancellation form from us.
Returned goods must be sent back within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal.
Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
Certain items are excluded from this right, such as:
